One-to-One Sessions

Individual sessions provide a focused space to explore how you organise yourself in movement, attention, and sensation.

The work is educational rather than corrective.
We are not trying to fix what is wrong, but to support learning that allows change to emerge naturally.

Each session becomes a small laboratory for noticing patterns, experimenting gently, and integrating what you discover.

What Happens in a Session

Sessions usually involve a combination of conversation, guided attention, and gentle movement exploration.

We might:

  • notice how you are sitting, standing, or moving

  • explore small variations in movement

  • pay attention to effort, timing, and coordination

  • reflect together on what you are sensing and learning

Everything is done at a pace that supports awareness and choice.

There is no pushing, forcing, or performance required.

Pace and Safety

Learning happens best when the nervous system feels safe and unhurried.

I work carefully, with attention to your capacity in the moment.
You remain in charge of how much you do and how far you go.

This allows changes to be integrated rather than overwhelming, and for what you learn to be usable in everyday life.

In-Person and Online

Sessions are available in person and online.

Online work can be especially effective for developing awareness, self-regulation, and practical tools that integrate directly into daily life.

In-person sessions allow for hands-on work where appropriate and can support learning through touch.

Both formats are guided by the same learning-oriented approach.

Practical Details

Sessions are 60 minutes.

Fee £100.

We begin with a conversation to explore wether the work feels appropriate and timely.

Frequency is something we decide together, depending on your interests and circumstances.
